The Property rates in Bangalore - 2024 are seeing a boom. The city is a Tech hub and offers all sorts of properties to interested buyers. The current property rates in Bangalore - 2024 have increased by 10%, and in the 3rd quarter, housing prices in Bangalore increased by 18% compared to last year, making it the 2nd highest increase in India. This was because of the introduction of luxury projects and the opening of new metro lines in KR Puram and Whitefield.

  2. Marathalli - The price trend in this area is 9,850/sq. ft. The prices of the property have increased by 57.6 % in the last 5 years.
  3. Sarjapur Road - The area's property rate is 9,700/sq. ft. In the last 5 years, it increased up to 60%.
  4. Budigere - The price trend in Budigere is 9,200/sq. ft. The price in this area rose to 65.8 % in the last 5 years.
  5. Bellaundur - The locality's property rate is 12,600/sq. ft. The rate rose 90.9% in the last 5 years.

These areas also yield a good rental income as well. The excellent road, rail and air connectivity in these areas also makes it the most preferred choice. In some areas, new development of metro lines will improve the connectivity and all the areas have BMTC buses available to connect people to every part of the city. The areas also have schools, hospitals and markets. These localities have parks, hotels and other entertainment options. The proximity to IT parks gives many job opportunities and reduces travelling time.
